Brandon Gallagher pitched 5 innings of shut-out baseball, allowing 4 hits while striking-out 6 and walking none to lead Greely to a 6-0 win over the Lake Region Lakers. Sam Stauber pitched a scoreless 6th inning and Adam Norton pitched a perfect seventh to complete the shut-out. Greely scored 3 runs in the first inning on 2 out singles by Pat Copp and Brandon Gallagher. Copp singled in the third and Adam Norton added a RBI single in the fifth. The Greely defense was perfect. Kevin Hart made a diving catch in left to open the game, Adam Norton made a diving catch on a pop-up behind the plate, Matt Reade turned a double play with Shawn Sanville and Sam Stauber made a tough play on a short-hop to preserve the shut-out.
