The JV Rangers opened the scoring in the first with a two out double by Jimmy Scanlon to drive in Sam Porter who had singled and stolen second base. The game appeared to be a pitching battle until Yarmouth broke through with 4 runs in a fourth inning that included their only 4 hits of the game. The JV Rangers came storming back in the bottom of the fifth inning with 9 runs. Nick Dunnet outside of the fourth inning threw a perfect game while striking out 4 and walking only 1. Sam Porter and Pat Finnegan lead the offense with 3 and 2 hits respectively.
