Wells downs Greely 8-3 (5/14/2005) - Greely 3 at Wells 8

The Greely Rangers pounded out 10 hits but hit into 3 key double plays and managed to score only 3 runs in falling to the Wells Warriors 8 to 3.

The Rangers cut the deficit to 3 to 2 in the fifth when Steve Morse led off with an infield single, Paul Valente and Christian Robinson singled and senior Kevin Burke followed with a 2 RBI double to right. Greely added a run in the sixth on Chris Martin’s RBI single. Jon Alley finished 3 for 3 with a run scored.

Greely falls to 5-4.
